On Thursday, September 25th, the Goodlettsville PTO is having their annual Glow Run Fundraiser. This all-day event takes place on school grounds and has become a favorite among our students.
Here’s how it works: we transform the school gym into a glow-in-the-dark track - blacking out the space, setting up black lights, and filling it with glow-in-the-dark items. A DJ keeps the energy high as students run laps to raise funds for the school.
We may need support from volunteers at this event, assisting parents and PTO members throughout the day.
Additionally, we need volunteers to help in the Community Room!
Needs in the Community Room:
- Count and sort coats
- Clean and crate food bags
- Cleaning/organizing storage areas in the school
- Organize or throw out food items in the pantry
School arrival should be over by 8:30am, so parking in the side parking lot should be best. When they arrive, come to the front office and ask for Natalie Sweet. Wear closed toed shoes.
