Help Us Prepare Churchwell for the 2026–2027 School Year!
We are excited to welcome back our teachers and students and are looking for volunteers to help us create a warm and welcoming environment for the new school year!
Volunteers will support our teachers with classroom preparation and assist with decorating bulletin boards throughout the school to reflect our 2026–2027 schoolwide theme: Level Up.
Dates: August 3–6, 2026
Time: 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Agenda:
- 9:00 a.m.–9:15 a.m: Welcome & Volunteer Orientation
- 9:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m: Classroom Preparation Support (Assist teachers with classroom setup, organization, and preparation for students)
- 12:00 p.m.–12:30 p.m: Lunch Break
- 12:30 p.m.–2:15 p.m: Level Up Bulletin Board Decorating (Create welcoming school spaces aligned with our 2026–2027 schoolwide theme: Level Up)
- 2:15 p.m.–2:30 p.m.: Closing & Appreciation
Whether you stay for the full day or for a few hours, your support will help us prepare a positive and inspiring space for our Churchwell students and staff.
